These cheese prep trays are ideal for pizza franchises looking for a food grade storage tray for their cheese ingredients. Bags of frozen cheese are placed in the tray (in original packaging) to thaw in the cooler prior to use on the make line. Each tray holds approximately one 15 lb. bag of cheese. Trays are shelved off the floor on designated dairy racks. They are easily identifiable using 5 available colors and optional logo/name hot stamped on one or both ends.
