Heavy Duty 60" Polished Stainless Steel Punch-Down Tool used by wineries for punching down the cap on red wine. Can also be used for pushing or pulling. Handle is located in center of blade. Blade has rounded corners. T-Grip for extra leverage. Constructed from heavy duty, type 304 stainless steel with an electropolished finish to enhance corrosion resistance, improve surface finish and ease of cleaning.
