8 inch scraper
This scraper is stiff enough to scrape and move thick syrup but not scratch the mirror finish of the maple syrup evaporator pans. Simple, easy to clean . Just what I wanted. Won't remove burned material from steel. Now I'm looking at the "food hoe" for another part of this operation.
