Performance

Outstanding performance is made possible by a unique manufacturing process. These metal content ties are nylon based, with the metal content dispersed throughout the entire tie, including the head. The inclusion of a metallic pigment enables even small “cut-off” sections of the ties to be detected by standard metal detection and X-ray equipment. Tensile strengths of 30 lbs or 50 lbs (depending on length) make them ideally suited for the installation of cabling in areas adjacent to the manufacturing process. They also are commonly used for bag and sack tying.
