You can open, lock, and close it with just one hand by moving the handle in intuitive ways. Move the handle back to open the pan, then gently press down to lock the lid. To unlock it, press down again and then pull up on the handle to let gravity close the pan. Because you don't have to touch the pan at any point in this process, this color-coded lobby dustpan is hygienic and ideal for industries where cleanliness matters most. Disassembling and reassembling the compact dustpan for cleaning is easy. NOTE: Broom is NOT included. Recommended broom is 10" Soft/Stiff Upright Broom (3104x) with 33” Aluminum Handle (2931x).
