4" Stainless Steel Scraper

This 4" color-coded, stainless steel scraper has slightly rounded blade corners prevent damage to the surface being cleaned and operator injury. These stainless steel food scrapers are good for removing sticky, semi-liquid deposits, like dough, confectionery gels/pastes, soft chocolate, and cheese. They are also ideal for removing dried or burnt on deposits, like hardened chocolate, caramel, dried/burnt bakery debris, dried powders, and burnt meat, fish or vegetable deposits because they enable the user to exert more mechanical force. Any Vikan Euro-threaded handle can be attached to the threaded grip, allowing cleaning of difficult to reach areas.
