4" Stainless Steel Scraper with 33" Aluminum Handle

This 4" stainless steel scraper is mounted on a 33" Color Coded Aluminum/Polypropylene Handle, greatly extending the user's reach. These scrapers are good for removing sticky, semi-liquid deposits, like dough, confectionery gels/pastes, soft chocolate, and cheese. They are also ideal for removing dried or burnt on deposits, like hardened chocolate, caramel, dried/burnt bakery debris, dried powders, and burnt meat, fish or vegetable deposits because they enable the user to exert more mechanical force.
