This ergonomically designed round bowl scoop is lightweight, durable and holds 64 oz (2 quarts). It is designed with a pouring spout on 2 sides to enable both left and right hand users to pour from the scoop. Its one-piece construction eliminates areas where bacteria can hide. Smooth surface makes it extremely easy to clean, ideal for use in food production areas for moving food ingredients, liquids etc. There is a measuring scale inside the scoop.
