Metal Detectable Small Keyhole Tags - 1000/pk

These metal detectable, disposable, color-coded key hole tags are designed for food processors using multiple production/batch information within lines. They can be used to identify totes, ingredient bags, today's production, racks or bins. They come 8 different colors to distinguish days of the week. They are made of a FDA-compliant paper material with a non-toxic, detectable foil laminated in between. These tags are not water-resistant or waterproof. But, each tag has a glossy and matte side so that you can easily write on these with pen or permanent marker. The tags are detectable and rejectable by most metal detection systems. The foil insert and barium in the injection molding of the plastic make them x-ray detectable. Designed for single use. Quantity 1000/pk provided in a perforated roll with a 3" core. NOTE: If printing on these with Zebra thermal printers, it is recommended you use hybrid or resin ink for best results.
